Delete Your Account

You can delete your Haik account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

  1. 1Open the Haik app on your device
  2. 2Go to Settings → tap your profile icon
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. 4Confirm — your account and all data will be permanently removed

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request

If you no longer have access to the app, submit the form below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Required to verify your identity before deletion.

You will receive a confirmation email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • ✦Your profile and all profile information
  • ✦Your photos and media
  • ✦Your messages and conversation history
  • ✦Your matches and connections
  • ✦Your account preferences and settings
  • ✦All personal data associated with your account

Data Retention Note

Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being fully purged. Certain non-personal aggregated analytics data may be retained as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
