How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Haik: Autism Dating & ND Chat account (by Casual Dating Ltd.) using either of the following methods:
Option A — Delete in the app:
- 1.Open the Haik app on your device
- 2.Go to Settings → tap your profile icon
- 3.Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- 4.Confirm — your account and all data will be permanently removed
Option B — Submit a request below:
If you no longer have access to the app, click "Delete My Account" below and fill in your email and password to submit a deletion request. We will process it within 30 days.
Account Deletion Information
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:
Data that will be deleted:
- ✦Profile information (name, bio, interests, preferences)
- ✦All photos and media you uploaded
- ✦Messages and conversation history
- ✦Matches and connections
- ✦Search history and preferences
- ✦Login tokens and active sessions
Data retained for a limited period:
- ✦Chat message history — retained up to 90 days for safety and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted
- ✦Payment and transaction records — retained as required by applicable financial regulations and tax laws
Estimated deletion timeline:
Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation. All retained data will be fully purged within 90 days.
